BEN TZEEL | CHRIS RUDEN

Ben Tzeel, MPH, RD, LDN, CSCS

A registered dietitian and certified strength and conditioning specialist who has lived with Type 1 diabetes for over 20 years.  He runs a dietetics practice, Your Diabetes Insider, to help people with diabetes achieve optimal blood sugar control while eating foods they love and becoming their strongest versions of themselves.  Since he began practicing, over 2/3 of his clientele have been women with diabetes who have used principles like the one in the book to achieve their goals.  Ben also completed two years of PhD level research at University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, studying the optimal macronutrient ratios on body composition and blood sugar control.
